WordCamp Ogijima 2020（ワードキャンプ男木島2020） の開催まであと2日となりました。今までもブログ記事にて当日のツールについてなどお知らせしてきましたが、ここでは再度参加される皆さまへのお願いごとや、先に知っておいた方が良い情報をまとめさせていただきます。

当日の流れ
WordCamp 男木島 2020 オンラインではYouTube Liveで配信をしながら、個別申し込みで参加いただくZoom、自由に雑談をしていただけるように入れるRemo、テキストでコミュニケーションを取れるSlackという4つの場を用意しています。

ZoomのURLはconnpassからのメールでお送りします。またconnpassの各イベントにある参加者のみに公開される「参加者への情報」という場所にもZoomのURLを記載します。満席になっていないイベントはイベントが始まる時間まで参加登録できますので、その際は参加者への情報欄をご覧になって時間までにZoomにご入室ください。

開催の中止や延期の判断につきまして
下記の場合、WordCamp Ogijima 2020 オンラインは当日中止いたします。
- 停電等による通信障害が起き、2時間以上の配信ができなかった場合
Zoom、YouTube等に障害が起きていても代替のツールで配信ができる場合は続行いたします。Slack、Remoに障害が起きた場合、障害が起こっているサービスは使わずに続行いたします。
通信障害のお知らせ、また通信障害等の事柄に伴っておきるタイムテーブルの遅延などがあった場合は、このWordCamp 男木島の公式サイトのTOPページにてお知らせいたします。
また当日中止後、WordCamp Ogijima の延期日程等は後日公式サイトにてお知らせいたします。
困ったことがあったら
運営スタッフは各ツールにて名前の前に [v] がついていますので、お声がけください。また行動規範にもありますように、受け入れがたい行為にさらされたり、誰かがそのような行為を受けていたり、その他、気になることがあったりした場合は、できるだけ早く運営スタッフにお知らせください。
最後に
繰り返しになりますが、参加登録された方のみが入れる「Slack」「Remo」については、開催前日にお送りするメールにURLを記載しますので、必ずメールをチェックしてください。
WordCamp Ogijima 2020 では新しい試みをたくさんしています。うまくいくこともあればうまくいかないこともあるかもしれません。でも、ぜひ一緒にこの新しい試みを体験して楽しんでいただければと思っています。

Guide for the day of the event
There are only two days left until WordCamp Ogijima 2020. The online tools we’ll be using and other information on WordCamp Ogijima is already posted on our blog, and in this guide, we’d like to summarize that.
Please read on to enjoy WordCamp Ogijima more!
Flow of the day
WordCamp Ogijima 2020 is an online event and we will be using four different types of tools, environment for the day.
- YouTube Live for live streamed talks (Sessions throughout the day and interview streaming between 14:00-14:50)
- Zoom for meetings/ workshop
- Remo for chatting freely with others (Open Sep 6th 10:00-16:50)
- Slack for communicating via text (Open from Sep 3rd to 10th)

A separate registration is required for the workshops and meetings accessible via Zoom here:

The Zoom URL for each session will be sent to you by email from connpass. Once registered, the URL will also be available in the Attendee Information section of connpass. If the event is not full yet, you will be able to register up until it starts.
Remo and Slack URLs will be sent by email to all registered attendees the day before the event.
Other Tools
At WordCamp Ogijima 2020, we will be displaying Japanese and English subtitles in real time on UD Talk. You’ll also be able to see a graphic report created in real time using Miro at the end of the event!

Event Postponement and Cancellation Guide
WordCamp Ogijima 2020 will be cancelled in the following cases:
- Power outage etc., that prevents online distribution for more than 2 hours.
If there are any problems with streaming tools, Zoom, YouTube, etc., we will continue as long as there are alternative tools available to stream the event. If there are any problems with Slack or Remo, we will stop using those and proceed.
If there are any communication problems or delays in the timetable, we will announce them on WordCamp Ogijima’s home page. https://2020.ogijima.wordcamp.org/
If the event is cancelled on the day of the event, the postponement of WordCamp Ogijima will be announced on the official website at a later date.
If you’re having trouble during the event.
Staff members are marked with a [v] in front of their names on each tool, so please speak to them. As stated in the Code of Conduct, if you are subject to unacceptable behavior, or if someone is being subjected to such behavior, or if you have any other concerns, please let staff know as soon as possible.
And Lastly
We’re trying a lot of new things at WordCamp Ogijima 2020. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it may not. But we hope you’ll experience and enjoy these new challenges together.
