Accessibility in themes and what web projects should know to make sites accessible (Japanese)

Despite the enforcement of the “Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against People with Disabilities,” the actual workflow of web development has not, unfortunately, implemented the requirements properly. People find difficulty in changing how they develop things, due to various reasons.
In this session Hiroki will share the best-practices in team development and theme coding, so that the audience can see it’s not a special and difficult task to implement them.
