We wanted to keep it simple, but this complex options are what you get. Sorry!<\/p>\n<p>The tickets for WordCamp Ogijima will be sold online from noon 20th May, Japan time. This ticket is essential if you plan on participating the event. <b>Please purchase one ticket per person. We need everyone to buy tickets\u00a0 concerning\u00a0venue capacity, and insurance.\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nThe ticket for conference will be sold on this WordCamp Ogijima website.<\/p>\n<h3>Variety of tickets for WordCamp Ogijima conference<\/h3>\n<h4>A. General Admission 2000 yen<\/h4>\n<p>General admission for the sessions and workshops. Chartered ferry to come to the island, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be covered.<\/p>\n<h4>B. Student 1500 yen<\/h4>\n<p>Discount ticket for students. If you want to purchase WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s original kids\/ student T-shirt, please check the questionnaire when buying ticket. T-shirts are available for 1000 yen on-site.<\/p>\n<h4>C.\u00a0<strong class=\"tix-ticket-title\">General Admission with a T-shirt<\/strong>\u00a0 5000 yen<\/h4>\n<p>Ticket including WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s original T-shirt, along with general admission contents. 20th June is the deadline.<\/p>\n<h4>D. Kids<strong class=\"tix-ticket-title\">\u00a0(with child care)<\/strong> No charge<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ticket for children from 1 year old to the sixth grade who wish to be attended by childcare professionals. Please purchase the no. of tickets according to the no. of kids you wish to leave for child care. We will ask general information (name, mobile no. etc) on the questionnaire when buying ticket.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to purchase WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s original kids T-shirt, please check the questionnaire when buying ticket. T-shirts are available for 1000 yen on-site (T-shirt deadline is 20th June).<\/li>\n<li>Free lunch for kids is optional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>E. Kids (without child care) No charge<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ticket for children up to junior high school. Please purchase this ticket if you plan on participating with a child (with no child care). All kids are welcome to use kids space, but those under sixth grade with no child care registration will need to be\u00a0accompanied by a guardian .<\/li>\n<li>Free lunch for kids is optional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"anchor-03\">WordCamp Ogijima after-party<\/h2>\n<p>There are three types of tickets for WordCamp Ogijima after-party. These three tickets will be sold at an external site, <a href=\"https:\/\/wcogijima.peatix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peatix.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Venue: Ogijima<\/h3>\n<h4>F. WordCamp Ogijima 2018 BBQ after-party &amp; camping 5500 yen<\/h4>\n<p>Ticket for those who will stay for camping beside Ogijima lighthouse after BBQ. Please be aware this ticket is for those who purchased WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s conference ticket. After the conference, we will walk 30 minutes to the camping site, have a fun BBQ night and sleep in a tent.<br \/>\nAccommodation in the tent will be separate for men and women. WordCamp Ogijima committee will decide who sleeps where, however, if you need special assistance, please let us know through questionnaire. If you are also attending with your family, friend etc. and wish to sleep in the same tent, please also mention it in questionnaire.<\/p>\n<h4>G. WordCamp Ogijima 2018 BBQ after-party (no lodging) 1500 yen<\/h4>\n<p>Ticket for those who will attend the BBQ after-party, after WordCamp Ogijima 2018 conference. This ticket <strong>does not<\/strong> include night camping.\u00a0Please be aware this ticket is for those who purchased WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s conference ticket.<br \/>\nAfter the confenrece, we will walk 30 minutes to the camping site, have a fun BBQ dinner, and walk back to Ogi port around sunset.<br \/>\nYou can either stay at one of the inn&#8217;s on Ogijima, or go back to Takamatsu city by boat taxi, which will be chartered by the committee. If you wish to stay at inn on Ogijima, please contact\u00a0the committee, due to limited no. of rooms.<\/p>\n<h3>Venue: Takamatsu<\/h3>\n<h4>H. WordCamp Ogijima 2018 Takamatsu city after-party 2000 yen<\/h4>\n<p>Ticket for after-party held at Takamatsu City. After WordCamp Ogijima 2018 is finished, we will return to Takamtsu by taking 17:00 departure regular ferry, and attend the party in the city. It is for those who are planning to stay at a hotel in Takamatsu, or those who are not comfortable with outdoor camping.<br \/>\nEveryone is welcome to participate, including those who does not have the ticket for\u00a0WordCamp Ogijima&#8217;s conference. If you could not attend the conference, but want to talk with everyone, you are welcome to participate.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"anchor-04\">How to purchase<\/h1>\n<p>All ticket prices are Japanese yen based, and include tax.<br \/>\nOriginal T-shirt (student, kids T-shirt\/ ticket with T-shirt) application deadline is 20th June, 2018.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor-05\">Payment method<\/h2>\n<p>All payments on this website will be credit card transaction using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PayPal.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>If you don&#8217;t have a PayPal account<\/h3>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have a PayPal account, please input required information and click\u00a0 [ make a payment -&gt; ] . After the screen switches to PayPal login screen, click [ pay by card ] and enter credit card information, and PayPal registration information. When PayPal registration is completed, you can proceed to payment.<\/p>\n<h3>If credit card or PayPal usage is difficult<\/h3>\n<p>Unfortunately, WordCamp&#8217;s ticket system only accepts credit card transaction payment using PayPal. Please enter the no. when registering card.<\/p>\n<h3>If payment does not work, if it fails<\/h3>\n<p>There is a possibility that the payment does not succeed by insufficient funds, or an error in credit card information input etc. Please check again your PayPal account, and credit card information.<br \/>\nThere is also some cases where payment does not succeed due to internet connection status, and system error. Please try again after waiting for a while.<\/p>\n<p>\u203bThere is a slight time lag around few mins to tens of mins after registration, for the name to appear on participant list.<br \/>\n\u203bIf you are unsure if the ticket application is complete, or if you do not receive an e-mail on application completion, please contact the committee.<br \/>\n\u203bWhen contacting us, please let us know your application name and e-mail address.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor-06\">Cancellation and refund<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"anchor-07\">Paid ticket<\/h3>\n<p>Cancellation is available by clicking on link &#8220;request refund&#8221; in an receipt e-mail titled\u300cWordCamp Ogijima 2018 ticket\u300d.<br \/>\nPlease refrain cancellation after 19th June if you are purchasing &#8216;General addmission with a T-shirt&#8217; ticket, due to order placement. We can send you T-shirt only if desired. If the ticket you purchased does not include T-shirt, cancellation is available until 7th July.<\/p>\n<h3>Free ticket\u00a0 (includes coupon usage)<\/h3>\n<p>Free kids ticket cannot be canceled on your side. If you would like to cancel your ticket, please let the committee know so we can cancel your ticket and give it to others.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"anchor-08\">Parents with kids<\/h2>\n<p>Please remember to purchase your kid&#8217;s tickets.<br \/>\nkids (with child care) \uff0fkids (without child care)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are some dangerous places within the island. Please watch your children.<\/li>\n<li>Kids space is welcome to all kids. If your kid is under sixth grade and does not have child care included ticket, please make sure they are accompanied by their parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"anchor-09\">Registration information<\/h2>\n<p>Gravatar, that is linked with your e-mail address when applying for registration will be shown at participant list.<br \/>\nWhen applying for the ticket, the name does not need to be your can be your real name, but can be nickname.<br \/>\nYou can change your participant information from ticket URL on e-mail.<\/p>\n<h3>Reception on 15th July<\/h3>\n<p>To attend WordCamp Ogijima 2018, advance registration (application)\u00a0 is required.<br \/>\nIf you complete application, e-mail will be sent. Please prepare the page of the link written on the e-mail.<br \/>\nWe will let you know the reception place, and method soon. Please wait for more information after ticket purchase.<\/p>\n<h3>Ticket is needed, even if you come directly to venue<\/h3>\n<p>If the ticket is already sold out, you cannot enter the venue on the day without a ticket.<br \/>\nIf the ticket is not sold out, you may purchase the ticket at the venue and participate to WordCamp. Please check the no. of remaining tickets beforehand with the committee, and visit the reception.
